It's well documented that the Ladies really liked Hitler, but he was more interested in other stuff. He could have banged most married women including Magda Göbbels and the Husbands would have thanked him and would have felt honoured.

From what is known from People close to him is, he wasn't into that because he felt chosen by destiny and wanted no distraction.
That point is debateable but we gotta work with 2nd hand testimonies on that matter.
Even Charly Chaplin portrayed him in "The great Dictator" as a ladies man, to what Hitler didn't live up to in real life, but yet people of his time thought of him as an Über Chad.
