The roasted potatoes are normally 45 minutes in an oven at 400-450° F & in the air fryer they take about 20. I have even made my breakfast biscuits in there 25% faster than oven.
It depends on the appliance but my Ninja Foodi creates a heat tornado that rapidly cooks exterior & removes moisture.
The element at top means you render fat more cleanly off meat & then reuse that too. I roast potatoes w chicken fat.
