It was also a confidence boost that they had practice pepper spray containers, so I have a muscle memory of discharging it into an attacker's face. I was told to get Sabre pepper gel, rather than pepper spray, I hope that was good advice, since I have one in my car, one by my front door, and one in my bag.",
