Does anyone have any recipes that use up a large amount of whipping/heavy cream?
Spouse misread my grocery list and bought 1/2 a gallon PLUS an additional pint.
So we have a lot of whipping cream to use up, and it's technically already past it's "best buy" date, although I'm willing to live my life on the edge in this regard.
