Seems a bit of a stretch to me. The CIA has better ways to sow division, like how they peddle heroin, and cocaine, and now cut their cocaine with fentanyl. The "working class" issue is a genuine problem with Marxist ideology. Marx came from a time when it was unheard of that anyone get any chance not to be forced to work. Welfare was a joke, the disabled were dead. Did he ever even meet a Native American, who had lived free from employment? Working class was all he saw, all he knew. Adopting language that rejects the fundamental capitalist system of employment and labor can be a good thing. I'll rally with "the working class" any day in a pinch, but I'll also rally with the disabled, and the homeless, and the bums, and the transients, and the self-employed, and the contractors, and anyone who's willing to fight for the right of people to be people: people whose lives are not defined by work. It's fine to say we're all working class, but I'll more readily say we're all people.
