KenDBerryMD (nprofile…28kw) what are your thoughts on MTHFR mutation? #GaryBrecka pushes it pretty hard and some of the symptoms match some of my wife's symptoms. We currently take the Samé vitamin and that really helps her be able to get up easier and and not be fatigued as much. If she takes to much she doesn't sleep well she is taking a 200mg pill weekly now. She does sometimes have her health watch indicate abnormal heart rate but she is healthy and generally walks 10000 steps a day and is within her target weight. There is family history of heart issues, COPD, digestive issues and cancer. Not sure if the tests are worth it with this much correlation and we should just start by taking L-Methylfolate 1mg pills and watch for health changes. She is pretty in tune with how she feels so we do vary vitamins regularly. Not sure if it's just a money grab by selling at home testing kits.
