I stopped using perfumes years ago when I started researching and learning about the chemicals and hormone disruptors they can contain. Now, anytime someone walks past me with a strong perfume or cologne, it bothers me so much. It's just too strong and almost makes me nauseous. It's crazy how things change once you get used to it. Now, I only use essential oils as my "perfume."
