Would it be possible to create a service that automatically converted Swift packages into pre-built xcframework packages? For instance, instead of adding “https://github.com/pointfreeco/swift-composable-architecture.git” you would add “https://service.io/github.com/pointfreeco/swift-composable-architecture.git” and it would automatically build it and return a package with a bundled xcframework.

Kind of like the Javascript CDNs that will automatically minify libraries for you.
