I’m not trying to be mean or catty with my observation above, really. It just seems like a constant cycle of recognition but yet the state of the #infosec industry feels relatively unchanged in many ways, even in the relatively brief amount of time I’ve been a part of this community. Or, is that the point, that the recognition is to distract us from remembering that security can be a Sisyphean task most days. On that upbeat note, I bid you goodnight.
