I got put on hold by the operator who was struggling to send me a txt with a confirmation code... and then the next thing I hear is from an 'AI chatbot': "now that you're done talking to my colleague I'd like to ask you some questions about our services". Holy shit. No. And now I have to ring back, and I'm really brassed off.
