So are you using Primal (app) thru a browser or your phone? I use Nostr on Mac Os thru Firefox Browser and use many different Clients. NoStrudel being the best for me, though I have tried Coracle, SnortSocial and Iris. Spencer's KC Bitcoin guy came up with NoStrudel. At the end of the day your avatar and banner should show up on all those clients.
