Okay, so, I've done some rough measuring and it's definitely going to be between 15 and 20 metres of cable required.

Unfortunately RG-213 isn't something I can get through the air vent I use but I think it might be prudent to use RG-213 to get as close to the shack as possible and then mini 8 in through the vent to the rig.
