This is for multi family housing. I can see this, especially in the USA, where government-imposed COVID rent moratoriums ruined many small business landlords who couldn't afford to lose a years worth of rent on their properties. I doubt the chart is anything like this for single family residences. In fact, foreclosed multi-families may help the lack of inventory situation by bringing more homes to the market that could be repurposed as SFHs.
