"content": "I don't think the tree shows much outside of the rather 'normal' placement of your genome in a rooted phylogenetic tree under genes-to-genes alignment scenario. So maybe I can assume skew differences are not captured by whole genome phylogenetic analysis. Maybe this means GC skew might not impact amino/gene level taxonomic organization? \n\nJust thought you might find this fun. Enjoy!",
