I stand by the opposite point of this. Women will mate and do so for life with anything they find desirable at any given time. This requires zero definable characteristics on the part of the man. I've seen women date and provide for literal broke dicks, that never worked and mooched off the woman. Happens all the time. Anyone thinking they need to be different or change some aspect of themselves, or that there is a trick other than being available to the right woman at the right time is deluding himself. Find woman, hook up with her, done. That's it. If it doesn't work, try other woman. Keep doing so. Repeat until successful.
