They have mobile builds for android & iOS as well as desktop.
Their main community room has 3000 members and there's another one with over 2000 members so easily meets yr point 4 as well as meeting yr first 3 points.
It's a really cool project but yeah, not well known. It's still in beta at the moment so not yet ready for the general public but having said that, it's already veey usable. And fully p2p & fully encrypted so can be extremely private (no passing through servers).
