Beginning to get back on my feet after this last knockdown by long covid. Yesterday, for first time since Dec 2, I had strength and lung power to go outside and walk 30 minutes, all level ground, absolutely no elevation change. Good. Today it's pouring rain, cold, yucky, so I have another first in my life: mall walking. 45 minutes of the most boring atmosphere possible - even the people watching was awful. Tile flooring is really hard compared to asphalt or dirt. #getoutside #walking #LongCovid
