What the f**k is #AI doing in a #photography contest in the first place? Not a picture contest, a photography contest - do these people not know what "photography" means?

Text prompting & then having a statistical engine poop out some pixels is about as far from actually taking a picture as you can get. The prompt "artist" makes zero decisions about composition, content, color etc. & DOESN'T ACTUALLY DO PHOTOGRAPHY!
