The whole OS scrapes your data which is now being used to train a whole host of AI models, not to mention all the spammy stuff, vendor lock-in, and Microsoft wanting to turn it into software as a service much like Adobe does.
Sometimes where people draw the line on what's ethical and what isn't can feel a little arbitrary.
Granted Twitter seems like a very cut and dry case.
