As long as you're able to manually put <podcast:liveValue uri="https://curiohoster.com/event?event_id=6ef10222-af2a-48eb-beda-45c61f80ea4d"; protocol="socket.io"/> into your feed, then you can use any host you want. SF is the only one that's surfacing it "easily" though.
