The bad news is #Russia has not one but two pontoon bridges across Seym river after all three permanent bridges were demilitarised.
One is near Zvannoe, another near Glushkovo.
The good news is that the latter is where the red dots are shown on FIRMS today 😉
P.S. FIRMS is Fire Information for Resource Management System based on NASA satellite data detecting large fires.
