I’ve noticed in the tech world that there is a decent amount of ageism where people feel really selfconscious about being the oldest person in the room. And I gotta admit that I have a bit of the ageism too, but the other way around. When I see someone speaking whilst looking like they are in their 20’s I can’t help but think “what would they know”?
