If so, there's a chance its actually ok but that either the BMS is dead, or the cells are out of balance so the BMS won't let it charge. If its the latter there's ways you can trick them into getting to a point where the BMS will turn on properly \u0026 let them all charge up. I rescued a dead Riyobi 18v battery this way thanks to YT-niversity.",
