"content": "That node belongs to nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 but they don't allow us to open direct channels to it. We do have channels with their main routing node https://mempool.space/lightning/node/03c8e5f583585cac1de2b7503a6ccd3c12ba477cfd139cd4905be504c2f48e86bd with plenty of outbound capacity from us to them but for some reason it doesn't seem to be routing. I'm not sure if the issue is on our end or theirs. I'll try to get in touch with them and investigate some more this coming week.",
