I tend to view suspension bondage similarly to other skilled movement practices like aerial silks, hoops, acro yoga, etc in that its something that you start slow with because it takes time for your body to develop the skills & strength to support you in the air.
I’ve been doing this stuff for nearly a decade so my body has learned to adapt and move in rope in a much more graceful way than when I started 🤣
Oh and the lingerie is from Hello La Girl but it’s basically like fast fashion for lingerie so I can’t really recommend them for quality or environmentally friendly practices or anything. That set came out cute but half of the ones I ordered didn’t fit because their sizing is inconsistent and strange.
