What you don't see as a community problem may well be a huge blocker to potential community members.
Try to think before starting that "Debate".
Seriously, engage that empathy just a little. Don't take it as a personal insult, or as some kind of weird reverse discrimination. DEI is about more than seats at the table. It encourages a spread of opinions.
