The other day I was talking with my therapist about my childhood and she started describing something her kitten had done recently to illustrate some learned behaviour.

She stopped suddenly and said “sorry, I don’t mean to compare you to a kitten.”
I laughed and said “believe me I do not mind at all”.
Then she said “it’s just that you seem to have the soul of a cat.”

That honestly made me so happy 😸
