Recently people were convicted because they sold chlorine dioxide solution, AFAIK without claiming anything. Clearly a wrong conviction, since chlorine dioxide (solution that is, not the gas which is poisonous if breathed in) is well known for health benefits, even if the health benefit is simply to purify water.
