Alright, here we go! I’m choosing to be very open about my health journey through out the years, my body image issues and how I worked through them after my first psychedelic experience. It’s been a struggle to workout consistently since my dad died, but I’ve learned the lesson enough times to know that I must keep moving. I need to find a way to exercise. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!
