If three rairoad companies created competing North American rail networks in the 1800s and one said you could only run trains on its rails if you paid them a commission, would they be a monopoly? Of course not.
Is there any other example in history of a company accused of operating a monopoly entirely within the ecosystem of their own product (iOS) which is clearly not a monopoly itself?
