You know, maybe texas should cecede from the USA annex to mexico, and build a wall around it's north border, then as a part of mexico, the state could by law "nationalize" every business in texas that ain't owned by a texan, finally texas could abuse mexican federal legislation to shoot state tresspassers on sight.
