Not sure if I said this before, but I have like this idea of a human getting severely injured and being fine but unable to move and maybe see for a few weeks during which they are being nursed by an Affini.
(the interesting aspects being the total dependence and defenselessness; and the rather difficult-to-ignore aspect that the Affini are being helpful)
