I have them for security when the house is empty and being cleaned/maintained.

This new rule is pure PR. It won’t stop the creeps with their hidden cameras. It’ll just drive transparent hosts like me away. I’ve just cancelled my Airbnb guests for this year, most just rebooked direct.
