We want regulation of companies but what isn't talked about/needs to be stopped is companies retaliating against employees directly or making new policies (depriving them of insurance by lowering their hours JUST under full time, etc).

Now that people are talking about 32 hour work weeks (which I'd love), just know that these fucking companies WILL retaliate if/when they're forced to recognize 32 hours as full time instead of their current (arbitrary) number, 40.
