We need to be invaded by the US, or at least a first world country, there's just far too much corruption for anything of value to be saved tbh. The upper end is complicit in systematic child rape, they shouldn't even be allowed to live imo. Their bloodlines should be tortured to death infront of them before they starve to death in a hole, so they can hear some of what they caused to happen. Women and children screaming for mercy that will not come. I think that's the closest to justice that we could potentially reach now, it's unfortunately about 5 decades too late for the victims.
