The year is 2029 and all forms of voting are now illegal. The aftermath of the Anime Girl Tournament was so great that people willingly gave up their rights to prevent such devastation from ever happening again.
Children still wake up in tears scared that the Man will come to their house again demanding that their family votes. Grown men wake up in cold sweats having nightmares of people screaming "Fluffy Tail!"
