I deal with my stress by coding apparently. Wife and kids are asleep and I built a basic slider program that filters news sites based on a subjective left/right scale I came up with. When you click the news site, you get 1-5 of the latest articles from that site.
In reality, it should be a x and y axis that takes into consideration views on government intervention, but for now its a start.
