I was looking for an eInk digital badge a couple of weeks ago, for an upcoming nerdy conference.
This is a Waveshare 2.9" passive badge, to which one uploads text or photos via NFC, with no external power needed. But it relies on a Waveshare app.
The Badger2040 was tempting, and I'll probably get a W version to play with in time...
