If you’re in a domestic violence situation and you have an emergency/burner phone that your partner or the person committing violent acts against you is unaware of this is your PSA to turn the device off before the emergency alert transmits tomorrow.
If you have a second phone for safety reasons, it will make a sound tomorrow at 1:20 PM Central Time. FEMA is testing a national alert system.
