"content": "nostr:npub1vkc5xgedpn3az6psh072r0kapqwg43plm35pus4jpkg92rd8ppmqzd0wyj I live in Dublin in Ireland. Our local govt has a CEO, who is not elected but runs the city from an administrative perspective. I was speaking to him once and I asked him why there weren’t more benches in Dublin (it’s so bad, if you need to sit down in the city you better be able to pay for a coffee / beer / meal). He said “the problem with benches is that the wrong people sit on them”. A mind boggling response from a man whose salary is paid by the taxpayer.",
