In addition to ranching I'm a contractor that works for farmers to plant and mow, for others that need mowing, grading, and light clearing. For the past 20 years hunt clubs would hire me to plant their food plots for deer and turkey. I do regular work for a builder as well.
Where all the other kinds of work are significantly slowing because of the economy the builder is booming.
It's because multitudes are moving to our red state, buying land, building, and paying cash.
It's getting strange..
