Astron power supply almost fixed. Replaced the capacitors, so now instead of 0V output, 11.5V. Adjustment pot does nothing, so either the pot or resistor network has issues. I suspect the pot... maybe deoxit will do the trick. #hamradio #repair #astron #electronics
