I have just been reminded that recently I made a Hnefatafl set out of polymer clay and cardboard. I printed the grid for the board with linoprinting, and made all the wee pieces by hand. It was fun, and if I could get a bit faster at making the pieces I guess people would pay to buy a game played by vikings that was handmade by a wizard, right?
