There's a private AI protocol being developed (maybe 5 years + old) -
https://www.openmined.org/ - it would completely solve this problem. The big tech companies know of it. It was being trailed in twitter and is retrofitted with for all the major deep learning tools. I don't quite understand why they are all so hesitant to move this direction.
