Beloved #miniaturepainters, I think I've solved the mystery of the varnish reactivating Vallejo Xpress colours.

I've found in reddit a few comments with my very same issue, and here's the thing: I'm not using just varnish but *polyurethane* varnish.

It seems that polyurethane varnish is somewhat hard against Xpress colours and everyone recommends airbrushing it on Xpress.
