I make that exact same argument to everyone else.
To be entirely honest, all I had to do was receive parcel, unpack laptop, power it on, enter a few details and start some downloads. I could then put it to the side and leave it to do it's thing.
I also enjoy my job, and so a day of doing admin bullshit when leave is done is a nightmare day for me, I'd much rather be writing or figuring something out.
