this also reinforces something for later... i'm using LCD displays now with nasty illuminators but when i relocate to my next place and gear up again, i'm getting OLED and making sure i can turn off the blue as much as possible for the task
but i do think that the main treatment for me right now is the iodine again
iodine is really one of the worst, and i will add that potassium is number 2 most depleted mineral in modern life
i've recovered a lot of condition by correcting the potassium levels but this is obviously nerve damage which means i need to get my immune system working again
perhaps even i might need to consider one of these daylight computers and working outside in the sun a lot
