The alternative solution is the (wonderdrug) called Ozempic. The problem is that half the people gain back weight when they get off.
It also makes you feel full all the time. So you get used to not eating because you're feel. The problem is, our natural state is to feel slightly hungry all day. It's the wrong pathway for weight loss. People get their appetite back and just eat like old times again.
So we're going to end up with everyone being on a drug for life.
Is that the best we can do?
