In Spiral Dynamics, the levels oscillate from collective to individual. Many in the West have reached Green, which look for collective solutions. The next level is Yellow, which oscillates back to individual solutions, and is finally able to integrate the solutions from the other levels. I’m hoping there are enough in our society reaching the Autonomous level that we can integrate and move past the Communitarian Level.
