Had a thought today during an observed cognitive ability assessment.

The Doctor asked what day it was.

To people where every day is the same that's not a good question.

To people under significant stress it's not a good question.

To people who have just had a massive upheaval in routine it's not a good question.

Took me a while to think what day it was and I was only overhearing the assessment.

I have a few comments about some of the other questions but that one stuck out.
